Several teachers have been experiencing problem with logging into Edline/GradeQuick. This may be due to recent interruptions on the network. Often, this requires users to refresh the web browser. Refreshing clears out the old information that is often saved when the user goes to a website. Sometimes this old information is corrupted and needs to be "cleaned" out of the browser. It is called clearing the cache. This can be done with a simple keystroke.
Internet Explorer and Firefox Users
CTRL + F5-[ Hold the CTRL key down and press F5]
click on the menu bar. (The three horizontal bars at the top right of the browser.)
- Then go to SETTINGS
- Then go to Show Advanced Settings
- Find PRIVACY
- Click CLEAR BROWSER DATA.
